Located in western Colorado near Black Canyon National Park, We enjoy the relaxed Colorado lifestyle and would like to think we include a little bit of that enjoyment in every pound we roast. It seems more than a trade or maybe it's a passion we recognize as we roast, blend, package, label and ship each order to your satisfaction.
We create specialty blended coffees from around the world that are USDA Certified Organic. Many are Fair Trade as well as Shade Grown. We also purchase Rain Forest Alliance coffees whenever available. This means we purchase only coffees that are grown with no synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides or fungucides. We are committed to a sustainable environment and we think this translates to a smoother and more flavorful cup of coffee. We also purchase only Swiss Water processed coffees in our decafienated coffees as well. You will notice the lower acidity of our coffee. We remain diligent in our continuous search for new sources that meet or exceed our criteria.
